A load of BUCK, Bearded and work

Alo Har!

Sorry for the lapse in posts, I've been busy buys busy with some branding work for an exclusive cocktail bar and restaurant in town! I've also had the pleasure of being made redundant! So I've a huge amount of time on my hands!
I'm about to start work on my concept project called 'Liverpool Looks', which will be a showcase of 'real' fashion around the City Of Culture. I am going to be on the look out for contributors for a small slice of fashion editorial and a mix of fashion images / installations.
My website has been through a great deal of amalgamations in the past and has finally found a colourful home, updates will be coming very soon!
On the magazine front I was thrilled to have won BUCK Magazine's second issue's competition for a plethora of beautiful goodies! My thanks to the guys at BUCK!!

On another note I had the pleasure of coming across a beautiful and independent magazine 'Bearded'.
What a beautiful mission statement - 'Bearded exists to generate coverage for independent labels and artists regardless of genre, background or how fashionable they are.' Bearded has a glorious hand crafted front cover illustrated by Ken Goodall based on the theme 'Animal Collective'.
Whats so fantastic with the magazine is that they initiated a charitable foundation to support people working in the independent music industry, aptly named Beardaid.
Bearded has a layout most editorial designers would love to name as their own and a well thought out use of typography and photography.
In my own words, go buy it, even if your not into music!
